Refund and Exchange Policy for Confident
At Confident, we want you to be completely satisfied with our products.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refund in store credit or exchanges within 4 working days or more depending to delivery location.
Eligible items for exchange include shapewear, hosiery, and other non-intimate apparel.
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via email ( info@confident-fze.com ), phone / WhatsApp or any social media Dm to initiate the exchange process.
- Be sure to have your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange handy.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping procedures and instructions on how to properly package and ship the item(s) back to Confident.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship out the new item(s) to you.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
